About the Role

RCVCLICKS Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in Noida.


We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the company's finance function and bring a strong combination of accounting, taxation, compliance, financial planning, MIS, analysis, and business understanding.


This is not a role limited to routine accounting or compliance work. The person joining us will work closely with management and will be expected to provide accurate financial information, identify financial risks and opportunities, improve processes, and support business decisions with meaningful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities


1. Accounting & Financial Management

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure books of accounts are accurate and up to date.

Review monthly closing activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.

Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, provisions, and other financial transactions.

Ensure proper accounting practices, documentation, and internal controls.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization.


2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Manage and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Review GST returns, TDS returns, tax calculations, and related documentation.

Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other professional advisors.

Support statutory audit, tax audit, and other regulatory requirements.

Monitor changes in applicable tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.

Ensure all statutory filings and financial obligations are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.


3. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist management in preparing annual budgets and financial plans.

Prepare financial forecasts based on business performance, revenue trends, expenses, and future requirements.

Track actual performance against budgets and identify significant variances.

Analyze the reasons behind budget deviations and provide practical inputs to management.

Support departmental budget planning and expense control.

Assist in developing financial models for business planning and decision-making.


4. MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.

Develop and maintain meaningful MIS reports for management review.

Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and other important financial metrics.

Provide management with clear financial insights rather than only presenting numbers.

Identify financial trends, risks, cost leakages, and areas for improvement.

Prepare financial analysis and presentations whenever required for management discussions.


5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

Monitor the company's cash flow position and upcoming financial commitments.

Support cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.

Monitor receivables and payables to improve cash flow management.

Identify potential cash flow gaps and communicate them to management in advance.

Assist in improving collection cycles and overall working capital efficiency.


6. Business & Financial Analysis

Analyze the financial performance of different business functions, projects, and cost centres.

Support management in evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives and business decisions.

Analyze profitability, operating costs, margins, and return on business investments.

Assist in preparing business cases, financial projections, and scenario analysis.

Work with different departments to collect, validate, and analyze financial information.

Convert financial data into practical insights that management can use for decision-making.


7. Audit, Controls & Process Improvement

Coordinate internal and statutory audit requirements.

Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.

Identify gaps, financial risks, and process inefficiencies.

Recommend and implement improvements in finance and accounting processes.

Ensure proper documentation and financial controls are maintained as the company grows.

Support the development of scalable finance processes, reporting systems, and controls.

What We're Looking For


  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial analysis.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Preferred
  • Experience in an IT services, technology, digital marketing, SaaS, or other service-based organization.
  • Experience in management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Exposure to financial modelling and business forecasting.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools will be an advantage.
  • Experience working directly with founders, senior management, or business leadership.
  • Practical understanding of business profitability and cost management.
