Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and structured research methodologies.
- Build, maintain, and manage targeted lead databases aligned with event and industry requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential delegates, speakers, sponsors, and business partners.
- Execute outreach campaigns for sector-specific conferences and business events.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies and campaign outcomes.
- Analyze engagement and outreach data to refine targeting and increase campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regular database updates.
- Track and report lead generation activities and research progress.
Required Skills
- Strong internet research and lead generation capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and business research tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Data Research, Market Research, or a similar role.
