Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the SaaS product lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Work with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver product features.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, user feedback, and market trends.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Track product metrics, adoption, engagement, and feature performance to identify improvements.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure on-time and high-quality feature delivery.
