Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Recruitment roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and core HR processes.
• Good knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR tools will be an added advantage.
