Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Manage candidate submissions, selections, offers, and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong IT candidate pipeline.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in Domestic/India IT Hiring.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
