Key Responsibilities

• Manage and should have a minimum of 5 active LinkedIn profiles for professional outreach.
• Identify and research relevant prospects, including founders, CEOs, C-level executives, directors, and senior decision-makers.
• Target professionals across relevant industries and priority international markets.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and initiate conversations immediately after connections are accepted.
• Follow up with prospects within 48 hours and send a second follow-up within the next 24 hours, if applicable.
• Maintain consistent daily outreach activity and build a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Schedule a minimum of 70 qualified calls per month.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, outreach activities, and call schedules in the CRM or designated tracking system.
• Monitor outreach performance, meet monthly targets, and coordinate with the team to improve results.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, professional networking, and online research.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify relevant business professionals and decision-makers.
• A proactive, consistent, and target-oriented approach to work.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets is an advantage.
• Previous experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, B2B sales development, or appointment setting is preferred.
