Key Responsibilities
● Support the setup, management, and day-to-day monitoring of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.)
● Assist in the setup and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
● Conduct keyword research and audience research to support campaign planning
● Help with campaign setup, ad copy implementation, targeting, and bid adjustments
● Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis and flag issues
● Prepare basic performance reports for internal review and client updates
● Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversions, CPA, and ROAS
● Identify optimization opportunities (audience, budget, creative, targeting) under guidance from senior team members
● Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, and development teams as needed to support campaign requirements
● Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the broader paid media landscape
Required Skills
● At least 1 year of experience in PPC, Paid Advertising, or Digital Marketing
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
● Good understanding of digital marketing and marketing fundamentals
● Comfortable working with numbers and basic performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversions)
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● A graduate degree in any relevant field
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns/tasks in a fast-paced agency environment
● Basic proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
