Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Handle website development, CRM development, mobile app development, and other digital marketing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, SEO specialists, PPC executives, and social media teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Take ownership of project onboarding, planning, execution, monitoring, and client communication.
- Understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the execution teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, and proactively address project risks and bottlenecks.
- Manage campaign takeovers and ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
Required Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Good understanding of:
- Website Development
- CRM Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO
- Google Ads (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing
- Familiarity with project management and digital marketing tools such as Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Knowledge of additional tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, and Jira will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage project deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Communication Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident in handling international clients, particularly clients from the United States.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and email communication skills.
- Ability to conduct client meetings, gather requirements, provide project updates, and maintain professional client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
