Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at RCV Technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments.

• Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments.

• Assist in administrative and coordination tasks as required.


Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Presentable and well-groomed personality

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive is a plus


Location: RCV Technologies, H-193, Sector-63, Noida (WFO)

Shift: Day Shift (5 days Working)

Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience: 1 - 3 yrs
