Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute keyword strategies to optimize existing content and generate new content ideas
- Plan and manage overall website architecture, including restructuring page hierarchy when required
- Optimize web pages (homepage, landing pages, blogs, product pages) for on-page SEO, improving content quality, keyword usage, and user experience
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues such as page speed, crawl errors, and duplicate content
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) for both mobile and desktop versions
- Implement effective local and international SEO strategies, including Google My Business optimization
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority
- Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and build strategies to outperform competitors
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ year of experience as an SEO Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred
- Strong understanding of SEO tools, analytics, and search engine algorithms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
