We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will understand the Indian IT hiring market and have hands-on experience hiring for niche and hard-to-fill technology requirements Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions across India.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Recruit for niche technologies and specialized IT skill sets.
• Coordinate interviews and drive the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment records.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment
Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring for IT requirements, especially niche skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successful IT hiring within the Indian market.
