Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule client interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate records and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Shift).
